The State of Kuwait is a member of the G.C.C. Countries and have achieved remarkable advancement in the development of their Information Technology, Telecommunication and Security Systems during the last 30 years. However, the large demand and need for new Technology leaves much scope to be done in Domestic, Regional and International levels to meet the ever-growing requirements and demands. This in turn has revolutionary impact on the developing areas of Industrial, Financial and Social sectors.
